HOW HAS YOUR LIFE CHANGED SINCE ADOPTING THE U FIT PHILOSOPHY?

I have a very sedentary job as a project manager and have never enjoyed exercise for its own sake. Before joining U Fit Studio in November 2014 I had never done any resistance training. I have found a way to exercise that is enjoyable!

I felt that it had gone on long enough. It was time to do something and stop making excuses.

I have lost 4.5 stone, I was a tight size 18 and now I am a 10/12! I have lost quite a lot of inches in various places.

I had to set myself small goals so that I had a sense of achievement. My initial goal was to become a size 14, and I managed this within a couple of months.

Just do it, stop making excuses – make the effort you will enjoy it – and enjoy the results!
