Before joining U Fit Ive tried various Gyms, Online Training programs and what not. I use to pacify myself every time I lost a couple pounds thinking I was on the right track, soon to know I put weight back on due to some reason or the other which made me realise the various routines I tried over the years werent ever realistic ones.What was your turning point that you decided to take action?
I joined U Fit Gym in Jan 2018 and still remember looking through the testimonials on the walls and being inspired every time I used to come after long hours of work, perhaps almost on the verge of wanting to quit the gym at times. However the consistent motivation by all coaches as well as the testimonials kept me motivated.What happened when you joined U Fit Studio? What surprised you?
The studio and the training needless to say is the best I have been to, due to its professionalism, commitment of trainers, attention to detail and consistency pushing one towards achieving their goal. It took me less than a year to get to where I am today - this too was amidst having taking breaks when I had to be away from the country on work on several occasions. This is what I admired most about U Fit, as Sam never failed to tailor make the program to fit my lifestyle needs. All training and dietary goals set were realistically achievable, as long as you stayed committed.What are some of the biggest changes you've noticed during your membership?
If not for this programme I would still remain as my before picture, perhaps even bigger.

I am not done yet, still a long way to go. And I look forward to the journey ahead.
