At U Fit Studio and Function Jigsaw, our shared goal is return you to your chosen activities as quickly as we can and in the best shape possible.
Whatever those activities may be, we want to give you the greatest chance of performing to the best of your ability.
Not only does that involve treating, rehabbing and preventing injuries but ensuring that we put together a programme so that you, as an individual, get the best out of your body.
Not everyone can be a professional sportsperson – but that doesn’t mean you are any less passionate about being the best you can be in your chosen field.
We recognise that, and our goal is to provide a professional treatment, service and attitude to help you recover from injury and help you find a safe and successful return to your chosen activity whether that be the gym, a game of squash, a kick-around at five-a-side or even walking the dog.
We know that a handful of treatments cannot fix every individual and every injury, so we get to the root of your problem and treat it in a way that will suit you and your body – your personal jigsaw.
We will also give you advice on ways to stop injuries reoccurring. As a team, U Fit Studio and Function Jigsaw work together to ensure that we are providing you with the best support, from treatment to activity return, with open and honest communication throughout.
U Fit Studio have partnered with Function Jigsaw so that they can assess you and prepare your very own ‘Personal Jigsaw Plan’ (PJP).
Together we realise that everyone’s injury is different and that their required outcome may be different too.
We don’t believe in offering standard treatments for standard injuries. We treat every client individually.
Somebody once asked Function Jigsaw that they got the ‘function’ but not the ‘jigsaw’ bit.
Well, two people can have the same injury. One of them might have a goal of wanting to walk their dog pain-free. But the other person might want to go and squat 100kg weights at the Studio. At some point, that treatment diversifies.
It is up to us to give you all of the pieces that completes the picture/jigsaw that you want. As soon as Function Jigsaw have assessed you and treated you, we can work together to ensure YOU receive the best treatment and post-treatment service.
The jigsaw really is U Fit Studio, Function Jigsaw, and YOU working in combination.
