To tone up stubborn areas – hips and tops of legs
Everyone has a story….as a member of a commercial gym for many years, paying a monthly subscription fee and personal training costs on top I had become frustrated that I had never achieved anything. After too many years I still had my mummy tummy even though I was training or running several times a week!
I knew that if I wanted to lose a few pounds to fit into my favourite dress or to make myself feel better on the beach, I would just need to drop my calories (i.e. stop eating!) my daily calorie intake wasn’t great anyway and so this weight loss was unsustainable and it would all come piling back on eventually. I joined UFit in the summer of 2015; to be honest I fell upon it while looking for a new gym closer to work, and I haven’t looked back.
U Fit offer a unique personal approach, the teams support and dedication to help me achieve my own personal goals has been; and continues to be fantastic. It took a while for me trust these guys, my plan included increasing my daily calories, which just didn’t seem right. But my weekly results made me realise that maybe they do know what they are talking about! I am thrilled with my development, not only am I leaner and stronger; I am healthier and have more energy. I am eating better than I ever have done and my entire family are all benefitting from this.
As I continue my journey I am looking forward to developing my nutritional understanding with the help and support of the UFit family. Trust, dedication, results….my story.
