Where were you before you started at U Fit Studio?

Trying different diets to lose weight, suffering with bad IBS and shoulder pain.

What was your turning point that you decided to take action?

Seeing my husband doing so well at the gym motivated me to try.

What happened when you joined U Fit Studio? What surprised you?

When I did the D2S challenge I learnt so much about everything. I learnt what and how much I should be eating. Also how active I should be on a daily basis. I also learnt that my mental health played an important part in losing weight. 

What are some of the biggest changes you've noticed during your membership?

My energy levels, my IBS, my stress levels, my stamina and of course my body!

How do you feel now?

I feel great and I feel that I'm finally looking after myself! My family and I are all eating healthy and being far more active.
