WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM THE D2S?

An innovative program that not only includes interval training, but also provides invaluable nutrition and fitness education for long-term, sustainable fitness results. Our training program offers:

  Bespoke Strength Training Programme

Following the review of your health and fitness assessment, our expert coaches will design a bespoke programme specifically for you and your health requirements. Our coaches look at various elements - from movement patterns, to experience levels - everything is considered to ensure that you get the best out of the challenge whilst feeling the physical and mental benefits of exercise! Better still, we hear time and time again how much people LOVE the sessions and we are sure you will have too!

  Metabolic Classes

Everyone must complete a metabolic class two times a week, all of which will be provided to you from our brilliant Studio facility. The Metabolic Classes will change on a regular basis to keep your classes fun and enjoyable - but above all, ensure that you are continually pushing yourself towards that new you! The classes will offer variations to suit all fitness levels so that anyone can join in the FUN!

  Accountability Check-In

Each week we will ask you to “Check-In” with our team and other challengers as part of your weekly Accountability meeting. Here we can check you progress and changes over the programme , answer any questions you have and discuss nutrition, training and mindset in more detail to keep you on track and focussed! Scheduled weigh-ins, pictures and measurements will also help you along the way towards those all important jeans!

  Support

You will be set up in a private Facebook group with a small group of people who are all on the same journey as you! The group will be the forum to share ideas, successes, motivation and encouragement. There is a team of coaches to support you on your journey - from answering questions to being your greatest cheerleaders. They will also provide additional Facebook LIVE sessions so that you can gain further knowledge on nutrition, mindset, health and fitness to support you truly transforming into a better version of yourself!
