Can you stop at one 'treat'? Does one turn into two, into three etc.?
Do you work towards a reward system that allows you to train hard and eat harder?
At some point, the reward system will unbalance, and you'll be left in a vicious circle of reward and hard work in the gym.
Look for ways to break the reward system and see your diet as a well-rounded, balanced way of life.
