When do you train at your best? Is it first thing in the morning? Midday? Or, right before bed?
All of us feel different depending on what time of the day we train. Our performance can be either improved or made more challenging, based on when we choose.
There are no hard and fast rules; it's all about how YOU feel…if you don't train at the same time every day notice how you feel, what works best for you?
