Summer Salads


1/2 lemon juice
1/2 tbs balsamic
1 tbs apple cider vinegar
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp mixed Italian herbs
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp Himalayan salt

Mix really well and voila, transforms a basic salad
