Strawberries and Cream Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

150g total 0% Greek yogurt
100g strawberries
half a frozen banana
handful ice cubes
frozen cauli floret
150ml water
4g chia seeds

METHOD

Simply add all ingredients except one strawberry and the chia seeds to a Nutri Bullet or blender. Blend until smooth. Top with sliced strawberry and chia seeds!
