Spicy Sausage Pasta

Recipe makes 3 portions

Ingredients

10 Heck chicken Italian sausages
150g pasta
1 onion chopped
1 red pepper sliced
1/2 courgette chopped
1 tsp garlic infused olive oil
3 tsp garlic granules
3 tsp mixed herbs
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 carton passata
2 tbs Worcestershire sauce
1 tbs tomato paste

Method

Prepare pasta according to instructions. Heat oil in a large frying pan, chop up sausages into bite size pieces, add to pan and cook until browned. Add onion, pepper, courgette and a splash of Worcestershire sauce. Fry gently for another 6-7 mins. Add herbs and chilli flakes, chilli paste, rest of Worcestershire sauce and passata. Bring to the boil and Simmer gently for around 10 mins.
