Pomegranate and Chia Seeds Yogurt

Serves 1

Ingredients
175g 0% fat greek yogurt
50g frozen pomegranate seeds
½ tbs chia seeds
1 tsp honey

Method

Add all ingredients to a bowl, allow strawberries to thaw for 15 mins and enjoy
