Do you like to salt your food? Maybe while it's cooking? It might even be before you take the first bite of your meal.
Sometimes salting food, I'd get more out of habit than necessity. Plenty of foods are naturally salty and don't need the extra seasoning.
Try to form the habit of tasting before your season, or leaving the salt from the dinner table altogether. ☺
