Our feet are something that we don't often consider in terms of health and, yet they do so much for us.
They get us out of bed, to school drops, work and into the gym. They help us push through tough training sessions, and we love to treat them by putting them up on the sofa at the end of the day.
For some of us when pain strikes our feet, it can mean that all the above suffers.
One condition that we regularly see at U Fit Studio is planta fasciitis.
Symptoms of planta fasciitis come in the form of pain in the heel and spreading up into the arch of the foot. Some people will notice the pain is more pronounced in the mornings when they get out of bed, as your body (including feet) have been in a relaxed position all night.
