Looking ahead to the week and planning training can be a game of hit and miss. With the best intentions in mind sometimes you can't get through the doors.
So, what can the plans of action be?
- Sounds simple but make sure your kit is ready. There's nothing worse than the moment of realising you've forgotten one trainer - or a whole bag.
- Look ahead to where you are guaranteed time to yourself in the week and stick to your plan.
- If you have a calendar on the wall write it on to remind yourself, or set a reminder on your phone.
- Prioritise your goals - you are important enough to put first.
Finally, expect everything above not to go as you hope, so have a plan B. Instead of removing training all together think of another day to go instead.
