I am a real fan of peanut butter! I've been known to add it to beef mince, prawns, omelettes, shakes and well, just about anything. It wasn't always that way, at one point in my life, I wouldn't touch it with a barge pole.

When I joined U Fit Studio, I didn't know a great deal about food nutrition, and I didn't know what choices were better for me.

When I sat down with my coach we discussed food options, and what foods were healthy for me. When he mentioned peanut butter I was amazed, I had always thought that peanut butter was really bad for me!

We discussed that it was about being moderate and, like most foods, there were different options and ways that I could choose peanut butter. We talked about adopting a peanut butter without palm oil and having smaller portions.

It was like a whole new world was opened up to me, and I loved it. I was soon using peanut butter ad a snack with apple and on rice cakes for dessert...happy days! J
