Sometimes there's a flash of lightning in your head, and you've had the best idea since sliced bread.

Maybe it's a plan you have to help you get to the gym tomorrow or a way of cooking a great meal, and then you start to think about it; REALLY think about it.

Before long you have that of every conceivable reason why your brilliant plan may fall short.

Instead of acting you find yourself paralysed by doubt, maybe it wasn't such a great idea after all?!

You've fallen foul of over-thinking!

Rather than doubt yourself, take the plunge…think of all the reasons why it could be a great idea…. leave the light on in your head.
