Food is smarter than we give it credit for….food is not just food, it's so much more.

Yes, it gives us energy and gets us through the day, pushing us through family, work and training.

It also initiates a complex relay of messages, which impacts how our bodies respond and react.

As food moves through us, there's a domino effect of chemical messages.Each message hands onto the next, moving in harmony to give us what we need to keep moving forward. Like a fine-tuned machine they work together, in an ever-moving pattern.

Consider how much food our bodies process in a day, year, a decade or even lifetime, its an incredible marriage of our bodies and food that lasts our lifetimes.

Every food choice that we make will impact the result of the chain reaction and ultimately shapes the results that we want to see.

Whether it's your overall health or body composition food impacts a large part of our lives. ☺
