Dotty my dog is so not happy about these early morning walks haha, maybe she is now out of her comfort zone too.

I can't deny that it is hard getting up this early, seeing Pete still warm & cosy in bed & I'm off out in the dark & cold. This is when I have to re-focus on my goal. I think about how I will feel when I get into my jeans, how I will feel healthier and I hope to look better too. I'm already starting to feel more energetic which I am very surprised about, healthy food and exercise, and loads of water must be the key.

I'm loving going to the gym, although I've been going to the gym for several years, this is different, strength sessions are hard but so worth it and I really do enjoy them, even the pain. I'm finding these early morning sessions make me feel brilliant for the rest of the day, mentally focused, achy but I'm sure this will get better. The Coaches are all fantastic and know just how to get the best out of you. I have already learnt that moaning won't help & can't is not a word!
