Two strength sessions per week and two MET classes. I am concerned about how I am going to fit this, Am I going to become overly tired? I don't want my challenge to affect my job. I work full time in charge of the day to day running of a manufacturing Company. This in itself has massive challenges and I often find myself under pressure and feeling stressed.
I've planned to do early morning strength sessions 6.30am then I can go straight to work, and an evening MET & Sat am, yes this should work ok. Oh, but what about my dog? Dotty comes to work with me most days, so this means even earlier mornings as she will need walking before I go to the gym, 5am alarm calls it is then. I CAN do this, and I must think of those early morning steps.
