It is transformation Tuesday and what better way than to highlight one of our very own.

Over the course of 2019, Jo Lines will be sharing her INCREDIBLE transformation story week to week - from joining one of our renowned Challenges to continuing her journey and SMASHING through the hurdles and barriers that came along the way.

Part of the challenge is to post a video each morning answering three questions. This I know will reconfirm each day my focus but to be honest I'm dreading doing this. Outside my comfort zone...oh yes most definitely!

Video post one, here we go. This took me about 5 attempts as I got in a fluster, my mind went blank and I felt just so uncomfortable, but positives are I've done it. I notice that this really did made me take a good look inside myself, my emotions, my fears, my goals. Even though I don't like doing it I think I may grow too like it, fingers crossed!

Another part of the challenge is meeting the step goal and water quantity. I do already challenge myself to meet a minimum of 10000 so this week should go ok, 4 litres of water a day, wow this will be interesting, I think I will always need to be close to a bathroom haha!
