It is transformation Tuesday and what better way than to highlight one of our very own.

Over the course of 2019, Jo Lines will be sharing her INCREDIBLE transformation story week to week - from joining one of our renowned Challenges to continuing her journey and SMASHING through the hurdles and barriers that came along the way.

Week one, here we go. Shopping done, menu planned for the week. I'm going to prep & freeze lunches as I know this is an area that is a challenge for me and it will make life easier as my weeks are full on as it is. Husband Pete is a bit stressed about changes. It's funny really as I hadn't thought until now about what effect this may have on him & how he might be feeling. I have made a mental note to bear this in mind over the next few weeks.

I'm really impressed with the simplicity regarding food portions, I feel I can adapt many recipes that I already use to suit the challenge, this will mean less change for Pete. Still quite overwhelming but I know each day will become easier.

Still excited and really motivated, I want to be at the end of the eight weeks, that impatience again!
