It is transformation Tuesday and what better way than to highlight one of our very own.

Over the course of 2019, Jo Lines will be sharing her INCREDIBLE transformation story week to week - from joining one of our renowned Challenges to continuing her journey and SMASHING through the hurdles and barriers that came along the way.

I can't deny that not training for me was very hard mentally, but actually a positive for me was that for one week I would be on holiday in the sun.

This gave me more determination as well as the fact that when I returned from holiday, I was booked in for a photo shoot, so weight gain was not an option.This was now my focus so I felt confident that I could achieve this!

I had some physio before I left for holiday and this helped a lot.By the time my week away arrived I was able to at least walk properly but sitting for too long was not good.

Another positive for me was that I had been given the go-ahead by the Physiotherapist to swim, gently of course and to listen to my body.

My food was going well too and I felt that when I returned from holiday I would be ready for light training….hurray!!
