Over the course of 2019, Jo Lines will be sharing her INCREDIBLE transformation story week to week - from joining one of our renowned Challenges to continuing her journey and SMASHING through the hurdles and barriers that came along the way.

I'm a few weeks into the challenge now and I'm feeling a lot more comfortable and not as overwhelmed.

I'm enjoying being organised, I'm that type of person so having my food planned and prepped suits me. It does still seem hectic sometimes, but I'm feeling good.

I make sure my video post in the morning are the top of my list, it takes a couple of minutes and there really is no excuse not to be able to find that time. I've noticed what a difference these posts are making to my mood. My mum always described me as someone who "didn't suffer with happiness" I was feeling like I now did! There were still tough days, but definitely fewer negative thoughts.

My boss commented one day, he's known me for 18 years and said, "I don't know what it is but you have changed and it's great to see, it's very sexy" (inappropriate some would say but I know he didn't mean it in that way). I was so surprised but was sure that it was U-fit and the challenge that were enabling me to change. For me this mental change was so important, and I loved how it made me feel.
