Over the course of 2019, Jo Lines will be sharing her INCREDIBLE transformation story week to week - from joining one of our renowned Challenges to continuing her journey and SMASHING through the hurdles and barriers that came along the way.

I had dieted for what seems forever and my weight had gone up and down. I tried lots of different diets but had never stuck at it, I guess I found the regime's unsustainable, well that was my excuse!

I was 39 and it was if a switch clicked in my head and I decided that enough was enough and I had to do something about my weight and more importantly think about the health implications of being overweight.

I joined Weight Watchers again and this time I lost 8 ½ stone and reached my goal weight. I became a Weight Watchers leader (as well as working full time) because I wanted to help others achieve their goals. Time went by and 6 years down the road I noticed/admitted to myself that my weight was starting to creep up again, even though I was attending a gym regularly and was running 3-4 times a week.

U-fit was already on my radar and one night I decided to log on to their website and check out what they had on offer. I noticed they were about to start a D2S challenge and it sounded like it was just what I needed.
