Today we continue the inspirational story of Danielle.
Throughout the year, Danielle will share her amazing story of transformation as she explains how she went from a size 14 to a size 6, changed her mindset, training and nutrition, and lost over 2 stone in weight.
I have talked about mindset in previous posts but I wanted to address it more as I believe it has the biggest impact on achieving goals. U fit has a library of self development books and during various one to ones with my coach he has challenged my mindset around certain things, sometimes I have struggled with this so he recommended I read some books. In particular, 'flip it' and 'feel the fear and do it anyway' have been very insightful reads and helped me to learn how to turn negative self talk around and in particular to use perceived negative experiences and an opportunity to learn and grow.
