We all have different levels of time and commitment when it comes to our health and fitness goals.
Sometimes it's too easy for life to get in the way and for our goals to take the back seat. With all the best will in the world, it's just not possible to keep training at the top of our list.
So, what can we do?
The best way to cope is to aim for just a little bit better from where we are at the moment. If you can only train once a week right now, rather than four, that's okay. Think about when you can aim to bring that up to two, rather than straight back to four.
Focus on turning up your goal by ten percent, rather than straight up to one hundred percent, make it achievable, rather than impossible.
Aiming for a little bit better means that you can continue to build back up to where you were, increasing your skills that allow you to maintain consistency. In no time, training will be again at the top of your list. J
